A Message from the Athletic Director,
It is an honor and privilege to serve as Athletic Director at Shroder Paideia Academy. I look forward with excitement and enthusiam to continue working with the Shroder community to identify the challenges and the opportunities that our co-curricular program faces. Consistant with the overall philosophy of the Paideia model, expectations and standards for our athletes and coaches are high, and we continue to strive towards our goal of becoming a premier athletic program in Cincinnati and in the State of Ohio.
Through sports/extracurricular activities our students have the opportunity to learn about sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethics, commitments, sacrifice, and perseverance. So much of the success that students experience inside the classrooms and after graduation can be directly linked to their participation in high school sports/extracurricular activities. Both Shroder and I are blessed to have a dedicated group of coaches, a supportive faculty and staff, involved parents, a wealth of talented students, and an administration that recognizes the valuable role that co-curricular activities play in the total education process. We will continue to emphasize the importance of a unified T.E.A.M (Together Everyone Accomplishes More).
