Words of the Week

Words Have Power imageIn the quest to improve our students' communication skills while expanding the community lexicon, we like to introduce our "Words of the Week." Each week, we will feature a daily list of words that help enrich daily conversations and hopefully, lead to more meaningful, elevated dialogue. 

 

Monday: Incremental (adjective)- Increasing gradually by regular degrees or additions

Tuesday: Intact (adjective)- Undamaged in any way; whole

Wednesday: Interval (noun)- The distance between things; a definite length of time marked off by two instants.

Thursday: Latter (noun)- The second of two or the second mentioned of two.

Friday: Mass (noun)- The quantity of matter that something contains
